• • **What the person will do day to day:**
• • **Project Planning and Governance:** Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, and reporting frameworks to ensure projects align with regulatory and organizational standards. This includes defining project tasks, preparing project plans, and monitoring progress to deliver on time and within scope.
• • **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, R&D, Operations, Implementation, and Business Analysis, to ensure seamless project execution. Act as the single point of contact for assigned projects, representing NICE in internal and external forums.
• • **Compliance and Risk Management:** Ensure SaaS solution implementations adhere to internal security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks. Strengthen internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness while assessing compliance processes and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• • **Stakeholder Communication:** Provide clear, concise updates, status reports, and risk summaries for executive audiences. Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project insights. Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and cross-functional meetings to drive alignment and decision-making.
• • **Change Governance:** Manage all aspects of change governance, including approvals, documentation, readiness checks, impact assessments, and compliance sign-offs. Partner with Compliance Implementation teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• • **Continuous Improvement:** Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery, proactively providing feedback on lessons learned and suggestions for future improvements. Contribute to project management methodology improvements and develop frameworks, standards, and best practices for compliance across cloud, SaaS, and AI-related initiatives.
