  • • As a Specialist Software Engineer (AI) at NICE Ltd., you will be at the forefront of implementing and delivering cutting-edge AI-driven and Conversational AI solutions within the NICE CXone ecosystem. This is a customer-facing, billable role where your technical expertise will directly contribute to client success and the successful deployment of advanced technologies.
  • • You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation and configuration of these sophisticated solutions. This includes customizing and deploying Conversational AI platforms to precisely align with defined business objectives and technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve building and maintaining robust integrations. You will leverage APIs, modern web technologies, and industry-standard authentication protocols to connect various systems and ensure data flows smoothly and securely.
  • • You will play a crucial part in enhancing and optimizing bot behaviors. This involves applying best practices in conversational design and prompt engineering to create intuitive, effective, and engaging AI interactions that meet user needs.
  • • The role requires you to develop both proofs of concept (PoCs) and production-ready solution components. This means you'll be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from initial ideation and prototyping to delivering fully functional and scalable solutions.
  • • You will actively support testing, validation, and go-live activities. Your involvement will ensure that all implemented solutions function as expected within diverse customer environments, guaranteeing a high-quality user experience and successful project completion.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will be in technical problem-solving and ensuring the quality of our solutions. You will be tasked with diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues that may arise across SaaS applications, integrations, environments, and data flows.
  • • You will have the opportunity to adapt, extend, and refactor existing integrations and solution components. This adaptability is crucial for meeting the evolving and dynamic needs of our customers.
  • • Ensuring that all implementations adhere to stringent quality, performance, security, and usability standards is paramount. You will be a guardian of these standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • • You will be responsible for producing comprehensive documentation, including detailed specifications, thorough test cases, and essential deployment materials, to support the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of solutions.
  • • Collaboration with implementation teams is central to this role. You will partner closely with Implementation Engineers, Consultants, and Project Managers who lead the discovery, requirements definition, and overall solution design phases.
  • • You will actively participate in customer workshops. In these sessions, you will clarify technical details, validate the feasibility of proposed solutions, and provide critical subject-matter expertise.
  • • Maintaining clear, consistent, and effective communication across all cross-functional delivery teams is essential for project success and a cohesive working environment.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to understanding and implementing AI-driven customer engagement strategies, contributing to NICE's position as a leader in this rapidly evolving field.
  • • You will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into tangible, high-performing AI solutions that deliver measurable value to our clients.
