- • This role manages the full lifecycle of SPM feature deployments—from initial requirements gathering through final user adoption—ensuring high-quality, zero-disruption delivery that empowers users and sustains business continuity across a global enterprise serving 225,000 customers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading collaborative workshops to elicit and refine business requirements, translating complex operational needs into precise, actionable user stories for development teams.
- • The specialist partners closely with SPM Engineering and developers to validate that technical implementations align with functional scope and strategic intent, acting as a functional advocate throughout the development cycle.
- • They define rigorous acceptance criteria and oversee end-to-end functional testing to guarantee new SPM features are robust, bug-free, and production-ready before release.
- • The role involves creating comprehensive training materials, user guides, and documentation, and leading interactive training sessions to drive platform adoption, user proficiency, and long-term engagement.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of IT Project Management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex enterprise software initiatives.
- • Direct, hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including functional knowledge of its modules, capabilities, and configuration.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent professional experience demonstrating equivalent expertise.
- • Deep understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies, with ability to adapt approaches based on project context and organizational needs.
- • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences including executives, end-users, and technical teams.
