📋 Description

• Lead SQL Server Operations DBA responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of critical database infrastructure supporting enterprise applications.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring SQL Server instances (2022/2019/2016), managing AlwaysOn availability groups and failover clustering, overseeing backup and recovery procedures, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting application slowness, optimizing SQL queries, maintaining SSIS packages for ETL processes, and implementing security best practices.
• Qodeworld is a technology-driven company focused on delivering robust database solutions for global clients, requiring a skilled DBA to maintain high availability and optimal performance across SQL Server environments.
• The role offers deep expertise in advanced SQL Server administration, performance tuning, disaster recovery planning, and integration with enterprise systems, enabling the candidate to grow into a senior infrastructure or database architecture position.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA with expertise in installation, configuration, and management of SQL Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Proven skills in database design, T-SQL development, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and logical/physical data modeling.
• Strong background in database performance tuning, backup/recovery, high availability (AlwaysOn), security administration, and SSIS-based ETL development.
