- • As a Sr Associate IS Business Systems Analyst at Amgen, you will play a vital role in supporting the Revenue Management Product Team by operating and supporting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) between external wholesalers and Amgen’s Model N SaaS platform, which underpins pharmaceutical contracting, pricing execution, and the Gross-to-Net ecosystem.
- • Day to day, you will align stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners; gather and document business and functional requirements for EDI-related processes such as chargebacks, rebates, and 340B data flows; develop requirement documents; ensure accurate EDI data integration into systems like Model N; maintain data mapping integrity between upstream sources (e.g., SAP, wholesalers) and downstream systems; identify and resolve EDI data issues; support business-critical processes through data quality and availability; maintain compliance with data standards and governance; support EDI onboarding and changes for trading partners; develop test artifacts and coordinate SIT/UAT testing; monitor daily EDI processing and data pipelines; generate validation and reconciliation reports; document process flows and SOPs; create issue and performance dashboards; demonstrate strong data analysis using analytics tools; and practice Agile methodologies using Jira.
