• • As a Sr. Associate Salesforce Developer at Riveron Consulting, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is critical in translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient Salesforce applications, leveraging both out-of-the-box features and custom development.
• • You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, from initial configuration and customization to advanced Apex programming and the creation of dynamic Lightning Web Components (LWC). Your expertise will be instrumental in building solutions that drive client success and enhance business operations.
• • A significant part of your role will involve configuring core Salesforce functionalities, including custom objects, fields, intricate validation rules, and sophisticated approval processes. You will also be tasked with designing and implementing complex business logic using declarative tools like Flows, ensuring that solutions are not only functional but also align with best practices.
• • Integration is a key aspect of this position. You will design and develop integrations between Salesforce and various external systems, utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions. This requires a deep understanding of data flow, security protocols, and the nuances of API interactions to ensure seamless data exchange.

Experience with DevOps applications such as Gearset, Copado, or Flowsum is highly valued, as it streamlines the release process and enhances efficiency.
