📋 Description

• • As a Sr. Atlassian Administrator at Kaseya Holdings Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s Jira and Confluence environments, which serve as the central hub for collaboration, project tracking, and operational workflows across engineering, operations, and business teams. Your work directly impacts organizational efficiency by enabling automation, streamlining processes, and ensuring platform reliability at scale.
• • Day to day, you will design and maintain Jira workflows, schemes, screens, and custom fields; configure and manage Confluence spaces and integrations; develop automation using Jira Automation and scripting tools (Python/JavaScript); build and maintain integrations with Slack, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD platforms, and service management systems; assist with platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring; document configurations; and provide training and support to internal teams on best practices and troubleshooting.
