📋 Description

• • As a Sr. Auto Appraiser - Field at USAA, you will investigate, negotiate, evaluate, and appraise vehicle damage claims for repairable and total loss vehicles, ensuring estimate accuracy in compliance with state laws and regulations while delivering exceptional member service through proactive communication, empathy, and setting appropriate expectations.
• • Day to day, you will use digital tools to assess complex auto physical damage claims, investigate damages by communicating with insureds, adjusters, and third parties, review facts for subrogation opportunities, maintain accurate claim documentation, review repair facility supplements, and support catastrophe response operations including on-call duties and potential evening, weekend, or holiday work.
