- • Own the voice of Veriforce across every product touchpoint. As our Sr. Copywriter, Product Marketing, you will craft crisp, conversion-focused copy that turns complex supply-chain risk technology into clear, compelling stories for safety managers, procurement leaders, and C-suite executives worldwide.
- • Translate product features into customer-centric benefits. You will interview product managers, UX researchers, and customers to uncover the “why” behind every capability, then translate technical jargon into concise headlines, landing pages, onboarding flows, release notes, and in-app messages that drive adoption and expansion.
- • Architect end-to-end messaging frameworks. Build and maintain a living style guide, persona-based messaging matrix, and competitive-differentiation playbook so every team—from demand gen to customer success—speaks with one persuasive, on-brand voice.
- • Lead launch copy for major releases. Partner with PMM, design, and demand gen to create launch kits that include email nurtures, webinar decks, paid-ad variations, and sales-enablement one-pagers. Your words will directly influence pipeline growth and ARR.
- • Optimize through experimentation. Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and landing-page copy; analyze performance data to iterate quickly and share insights that shape future campaigns.
- • Elevate the in-product experience. Write microcopy, tooltips, and empty-state messages that reduce time-to-value and increase feature activation for thousands of daily users across web, iOS, and Android.
- • Collaborate globally. Work closely with teammates in the U.S., U.K., and APAC to ensure localization-ready copy that resonates across cultures while preserving brand consistency.
- • Mentor rising talent. Provide constructive feedback to junior writers and cross-functional partners, raising the bar for clarity, brevity, and emotional resonance in every asset.
- • Champion accessibility and inclusivity. Ensure all copy meets WCAG 2.1 guidelines and reflects the diverse industries and communities our platform serves.
- • Report on impact. Present quarterly read-outs to leadership that tie copy performance to revenue, retention, and NPS, proving the strategic value of world-class product marketing writing.
