• • Own the voice of JioStar’s HGEC portfolio—craft the words that launch blockbuster Hindi fiction and non-fiction shows, shape cultural conversations, and drive millions of viewers to hit the “play” button.
• • Translate consumer insights, TRP data, and programming briefs into razor-sharp creative hooks. You will start with a blank page and end with a 360-degree campaign that lives on-air, in print, on radio, OOH, digital, and even on coffee mugs.
• • Write and refine high-impact promos, teasers, launch campaigns, and packaging elements that feel native to each platform yet unmistakably on-brand. Expect to juggle everything from 15-second stings to 3-minute brand films without losing narrative punch.
• • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with promo producers, editors, marketing strategists, and programming heads. Your words will be the connective tissue that aligns creative ambition with channel objectives and revenue targets.
• • Shepherd every script from ideation to final mix: pitch decks, mood boards, VO scripts, supers, subtitles, and legal disclaimers. You are the last line of defense before a promo hits the airwaves—accuracy, tonality, and compliance rest with you.
• • Keep a pulse on the Hindi television landscape—what’s trending, what’s tired, and what’s about to explode. Feed these insights back into brainstorms to keep campaigns fresh, diverse, and culturally resonant.
• • Build and maintain a living style guide for HGEC channels, ensuring every piece of copy—from a lower-third super to a Times Square billboard—speaks in one coherent, magnetic voice.
• • Champion experimentation: A/B test headlines, iterate on CTAs, and leverage performance analytics to sharpen future scripts. Creativity here is both art and science.
• • Mentor junior writers and interns, instilling discipline, narrative rigor, and fearless creativity. Your feedback sessions will be masterclasses in storytelling.
• • Work in a fast-turnaround environment where priorities can shift at 6 p.m. for a prime-time slot that night. Agility, calm, and a sense of humor are survival tools.
• • Contribute to larger brand narratives—annual Upfronts, trade presentations, and sponsorship integrations—ensuring HGEC stands out in a sea of sameness.
