• • We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Copywriter/Content Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting sharp, high-performing copy specifically for our retail app users. You will possess a unique talent for distilling complex financial and crypto concepts into language that is not only clear and concise but also compelling, effectively educating, engaging, and driving desired user actions.
• • Your expertise will lie in combining surgical precision with bold, creative energy, ensuring that our messaging is both authoritative and genuinely human, resonating with everyday investors navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of digital assets.
• • You will be responsible for developing high-impact copy across a wide range of retail app touchpoints. This includes crafting engaging copy for new app features, optimizing user onboarding flows for clarity and ease, designing persuasive in-app messages, creating buzz for product launches, developing compelling email campaigns, writing concise and effective push notifications, generating shareable social content, and implementing strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• • A key aspect of this role involves simplifying intricate topics such as trading mechanics, staking processes, security protocols, Decentralized Finance (DeFi) integrations, and regulatory updates into easily understandable and actionable copy, all while maintaining absolute accuracy and technical correctness.
• • You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Growth, and Marketing. This partnership is crucial for creating user-centric copy that demonstrably boosts engagement, enhances user retention, and drives conversion rates within the retail app environment.
• • A data-driven approach is essential. You will be expected to iterate on performance-driven copy through rigorous A/B testing, in-depth data analysis, and continuous optimization of headlines, Calls to Action (CTAs), microcopy, and longer-form content to achieve measurable business results.
• • Furthermore, you will leverage cutting-edge AI tools and play a pivotal role in building scalable systems, including prompt frameworks, templates, and workflows. These systems will empower our diverse, distributed teams to self-serve high-quality copy, ensuring brand consistency and maintaining our distinct voice across all communications.
• • Upholding Kraken’s established brand voice is paramount. This voice is characterized by being trustworthy, innovative, approachable, and authoritative. Your copy must consistently reflect these attributes while remaining jargon-free, concise, and precisely tailored to resonate with our retail audience.
