📋 Description

• • As a Sr. CRA II - Sponsor Dedicated focused on Cell & Gene Therapy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and successful execution of clinical trials in one of the most innovative and high-impact areas of modern medicine. Your work directly contributes to advancing life-saving therapies from development to patient access.
• • Day to day, you will conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies, review protocols and case report forms, develop monitoring tools and SOPs, mentor junior staff, identify and resolve compliance issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data managers, biostatisticians, and regulatory affairs specialists to ensure trial integrity.
