- • In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for our most significant and complex government clients. This includes state regulatory boards, various government departments, health agencies, and professional associations. Your core mission will be to ensure that our technology effectively supports their critical mandates related to public safety and professional integrity. You will own the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, meticulously aligning our platform's capabilities with the unique missions and regulatory requirements of each agency. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive tangible compliance outcomes and ensure sustained value realization for these vital public sector organizations.
- • A key responsibility will be developing and executing comprehensive success plans tailored to each agency's specific mandates, Department of Health regulations, and public-sector risk management priorities. This requires a deep dive into their operational needs and strategic objectives to ensure our solutions are not just implemented, but are actively contributing to their mission success. You will be instrumental in translating technical features into clear, understandable "Mission Outcomes" for non-technical government leaders, demonstrating the direct impact of our platform on their objectives.
- • You will lead and deliver customized training programs designed to empower agency staff, regulators, and association members. These programs will focus on enabling them to fully utilize the Propelus platform, enhancing their capabilities in areas such as audit readiness, governance excellence, and overall compliance management. Your expertise will ensure that users are proficient and confident in leveraging the tools to meet their regulatory obligations.
- • Proactive health and usage monitoring of your client portfolio is essential. You will take end-to-end ownership of tracking key engagement metrics, analyzing this data to generate insightful "State of the Agency" reports. These insights will not only demonstrate the sustained value Propelus provides but will also be crucial for identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and ensuring long-term client retention. This data-driven approach is fundamental to proactive account management.
- • As a lead problem-solver, you will address and resolve complex account hurdles. This involves close collaboration with our internal product development, engineering, and government affairs teams. Your role will be to bridge the gap between client needs and internal capabilities, navigating the unique and often intricate requirements of the government sector to find effective solutions.
- • Conducting high-level strategic business reviews with key stakeholders is a critical component of this role. These reviews will assess progress against defined success plans, identify areas for improvement, and uncover opportunities to further deepen the partnership. The ultimate goal is to continuously enhance compliance outcomes and strengthen the strategic alignment between Propelus and the government entities we serve.
- • This position demands a proactive, client-centric approach, coupled with a strong business acumen and a passion for public service. You will be the face of Propelus to some of our most important clients, building enduring relationships based on trust, expertise, and demonstrable value.
