- • As a Sr. Data Compliance Analyst in Utilization Management at WellSky Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of healthcare data that drives strategic decisions for clients and supports national reporting requirements. Your work directly impacts organizational credibility and enables informed decision-making by maintaining high-quality, reliable data insights essential for CMS, NCQA, and health plan compliance.
- • Day to day, you will collect and organize performance metrics to deliver actionable insights, lead cross-functional projects such as re-onboarding and implementation initiatives, and own medium to large-scale efforts to enhance database functionality and resolve complex data quality issues with minimal oversight. You will serve as a primary escalation point for data discrepancies, conduct advanced research and analysis to assess trends and ensure compliance with evolving state and federal regulations, and develop training materials and operational workflows to support consistent knowledge transfer across teams.
- • You will be part of WellSky’s clinical compliance team, collaborating closely with clinical compliance managers and auditing specialists to support Utilization Management and Compliance Program objectives. The team is dedicated to upholding regulatory standards through precise reporting and process improvement, operating within a culture that values innovation, inclusiveness, and independent thinking to drive meaningful impact in healthcare technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare regulatory reporting, particularly CMS utilization management compliance, while advancing your analytical and project leadership skills. You will gain hands-on experience with complex healthcare data systems, contribute to national reporting efforts (including ODAG, Part C, Reopening, and Complaints and Grievance Reports), and position yourself as a trusted clinical and data expert influencing organizational and client outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • 4-6 years of related work experience
- • Active, unrestricted clinical license (RN, PT, OT, or SLP) – preferred
- • Advanced knowledge of CMS utilization management compliance reports and audits – preferred
- • Excellent data manipulation and sorting skills for analytics and reporting, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel – preferred
- • Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple tasks and demands simultaneously – preferred
