• • The **Senior Designer, Data Experimentation & AI** role is pivotal in defining how Kraken innovates, validates, and scales its product offerings. This is a highly autonomous, senior individual contributor position with a sharp focus on experimentation and continuous product improvement. • • **Lead Experimentation:** You will spearhead the design and execution of product experiments. This involves close collaboration with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to meticulously define hypotheses, establish success metrics, and develop robust evaluation frameworks.
