  • • As Sr. Director of Demand Generation at Jump Technologies Inc., you will own pipeline creation and acceleration across the company’s go-to-market motion, directly impacting revenue growth by building, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified demand and measurable business outcomes. This role is critical to scaling Jump’s market presence as it empowers financial advisors with AI-driven solutions in a rapidly growing fintech landscape.
  • • You will plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including paid search, paid social, content syndication, webinars, events, and email, while driving MQL to SQL to pipeline conversion with clear hypotheses, targets, and quarterly goals in close partnership with Sales and RevOps teams.
  • • You will design and run scalable lead capture, nurture, and re-engagement programs, improve lead quality through segmentation, scoring, and routing, and collaborate with content and product marketing to develop high-converting offers aligned with product positioning and launches.
  • • You will track and analyze full-funnel performance from first touch through opportunity, optimize for CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline efficiency, and run experiments to improve channel performance and campaign ROI using data-driven insights.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales on ICP definition, messaging, and feedback loops; partner with RevOps on attribution, reporting, and tooling; and align with Product Marketing on positioning and go-to-market strategies for new features and verticals.
  • • You will operate like an owner by managing campaign calendars, budgets, and vendors; help define demand generation best practices as a leader of a small but growing team; and contribute to GTM planning, forecasting, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • • In your first 6–12 months, success will look like predictable and repeatable pipeline contribution, improved MQL→SQL and SQL→opportunity conversion rates, clear visibility into which channels and campaigns drive revenue, strong trust and alignment with Sales and RevOps, and a highly capable team you have hired and motivated.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7–12 years of experience in B2B demand generation with a proven track record of driving pipeline in a SaaS or technology company
  • • Hands-on experience with paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with funnel metrics, attribution models, and analytics tools (e.g., GA, Amplitude, Clearbit, ZoomInfo)
  • • Experience building and motivating high-performing teams in a fast-growing environment
  • • Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing optimization, personalization, or campaign execution
