- • Pearl Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Enterprise Partnerships to drive the expansion of our provider network across the Western United States. This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced startup environment, focused on converting high-potential opportunities into participating providers within key value-based care programs like ACO REACH and MSSP, as well as other innovative Pearl Health offerings. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of primary care by fostering strategic relationships with organizations that manage large primary care networks, educating executive leadership on the transformative power of value-based care and CMS models, and ultimately enabling providers to succeed financially and clinically.
- • As the Sr. Director of Enterprise Partnerships, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the growth and development of our provider network. This involves identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with large medical groups, community hospitals, and integrated health systems. You will be the primary point of contact, building trust and demonstrating the significant advantages of partnering with Pearl Health. Your expertise will be crucial in educating stakeholders on the nuances of value-based care, the specific benefits of CMS-sponsored models, and how Pearl Health's platform can empower them to stabilize revenue streams and capitalize on the value they generate through effective patient panel management.
- • This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and initiating relationships with enterprise-level prospects. You will need to navigate complex organizational structures and communicate effectively with C-suite executives, clearly articulating Pearl Health's value proposition. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with our Technology, Operations, Product, Data Science, and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and to refine our offerings based on market feedback. Your insights will directly inform enterprise strategy and product development, making this a highly impactful position.
- • You will personally own and execute a comprehensive strategy for targeting, funnel development, and relationship building with high-value prospects, including large physician groups, hospital systems, ACOs, CINs, IPAs, and MSOs. Your success will be measured against key performance indicators, driving tangible growth for the company. You will serve as the leading voice of Pearl Health in the field, directly engaging with potential partners and ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- • A critical aspect of this role is establishing a structured feedback loop. By synthesizing your direct interactions with prospects, your observations of market dynamics, and performance data, you will provide actionable insights that shape our enterprise strategy and product roadmap. This ensures that Pearl Health remains at the forefront of innovation and responsive to the evolving needs of the healthcare landscape.
- • You will manage the entire enterprise sales process from initial outreach to contract execution. This includes personally ensuring that all key actions, analyses, and deliverables are completed on time and that deals are closed in alignment with enterprise objectives. Building deep, trusted relationships with provider partners and delivering an exceptional experience throughout the sales cycle is paramount. You will set the standard for how enterprise deals are managed within the organization.
- • Developing and iterating on your own communication cadences, outreach strategies, and engagement tactics for provider prospects will be essential, with a focus on identifying approaches that can be scaled across the broader team. Furthermore, you will cultivate local and market-specific intelligence, which will involve regular travel to assigned geographies for in-person prospecting, networking events, community gatherings, and industry conferences to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
- • You will directly lead complex deal processes, including the development of pricing proposals, deal structuring, and contract negotiations. This will require close coordination with various internal teams to bring all facets of the deal to fruition. Maintaining rigorous pipeline and opportunity tracking within our CRM system, with a high standard for data integrity and forecasting accuracy, is also a key responsibility.
- • Beyond direct sales, you will contribute to company-wide growth initiatives and long-range planning. Your extensive field experience will be invaluable in helping to build the frameworks and processes necessary to support enterprise growth at scale, ensuring Pearl Health's continued success and impact in the value-based care ecosystem.
