As a vital member of our Mortgage Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Escrow Officers and ensuring the seamless execution of a wide range of real estate transactions. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your extensive escrow expertise in a remote capacity, contributing to a company that consistently ranks among the "Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For®" and is celebrated for its inclusive, people-first culture.
  • • In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative support that goes beyond routine tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of duties, requiring a deep understanding of escrow policies, practices, and procedures. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, independently resolving complex inquiries and proactively addressing potential issues to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your ability to anticipate needs and deliver solutions will be key to your success.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve the meticulous preparation of critical transaction documents. This includes, but is not limited to, closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and documentation specific to mobile home transactions. Accuracy and attention to detail in these documents are paramount, directly impacting the integrity of each transaction and the trust our clients place in us.
  • • You will be responsible for the creation and meticulous maintenance of all essential files, records, and reports. This includes actively monitoring and tracking workflow to ensure deadlines are met and processes are followed diligently. Your organizational prowess will be essential in managing a high volume of information and maintaining an orderly system that supports the entire escrow team.
  • • Effective communication is at the core of this position. You will be the point of contact for various parties involved in transactions, responding to inquiries with professionalism and clarity. Your role will involve gathering necessary information to resolve issues efficiently and keeping all relevant stakeholders informed throughout the process. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues will be a key performance indicator.
  • • As a Senior Escrow Assistant, you may also be called upon to provide guidance and training to less experienced team members. Sharing your knowledge and best practices will contribute to the overall development and success of the escrow department, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • • Furthermore, you may have the opportunity to support Escrow Officers in their business development efforts and in delivering exceptional customer service. This could involve assisting with client outreach, preparing materials, or participating in client meetings, further enhancing your contribution to the company's growth and reputation.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, requiring you to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Your strong organizational skills will be critical in managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment. Proficiency in the MS Office suite is essential for daily tasks, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for clear and concise interactions.
  • • You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and a consistently positive service attitude, even when faced with challenging situations. A strong detail orientation is non-negotiable, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work. The ability to analyze, compare, interpret, and process data effectively will be crucial for understanding transaction details and making informed decisions. A deep understanding of company and/or client operating systems will enable you to navigate and utilize essential tools efficiently. Join us and contribute to a legacy of trust and excellence in the escrow industry.
