📋 Description

• • Lead financial analysis and decision support for budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and business planning across Renters Solutions products and clients.
• • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews, including executive-ready reports, dashboards, presentations, and client-level reporting.
• • Perform variance analysis across actuals, plan, and forecast for key financial statement lines and metrics to identify drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and business actions to support strategic decision-making.
• • Build, enhance, and maintain financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support forecasting, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions.
• • Partner with finance, accounting, and business leaders to align assumptions, improve financial visibility, and strengthen cross-functional planning processes.
• • Support the annual budget cycle, forecast updates, and ad hoc financial analyses with accuracy, timeliness, and clarity.
• • Maintain data integrity and reporting consistency while identifying opportunities to improve analytical efficiency, tools, and processes.
• • Deliver financial insights through compelling presentations and dashboards tailored for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• • Utilize advanced Excel and financial systems to automate reporting, reduce manual effort, and increase analytical depth.
