Sr. Hardware Test Engineer - Electrical

📋 Description

• • As a Sr. Hardware Test Engineer at Serverobotics Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and compliance of core hardware systems for sidewalk delivery robots, directly contributing to the safety and scalability of robotic urban logistics.
• • You will define and lead test strategies for compute, power delivery, and motor controller systems, design and implement manual and automated test setups, manage the full test lifecycle, and perform validation for thermal performance, EMI/EMC, signal integrity, and long-term reliability.
• • You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and firmware teams to ensure testability and design quality, debug hardware issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions while supporting manufacturing during new product introduction and production scaling.
• • You will analyze field data to inform test improvements and design enhancements, gaining deep expertise in robotic hardware validation, test automation, and cross-functional systems integration in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
