- • As a Sr Integration Consultant for State and Local Government at Workday, you will lead and project manage the integration workstream for enterprise cloud implementations, ensuring delivery dates are met and driving results for public sector customers.
- • Day to day, you will conduct discovery sessions to understand customer integration needs, design and build high-complexity technical solutions using Workday Studio, Orchestrate, and AI-powered tools, and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • You will partner with clients’ project teams to develop, test, and deploy integration solutions, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and participate in internal process improvement initiatives within Workday’s Global Professional Services organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience with Workday Integrations, OR 6+ years of HR, Payroll, or Financials domain experience in State & Local Government AND 3+ years in a technical role, OR 6+ years of Integration workstream ownership AND 3+ years of Workday experience
- • Advanced skills with Workday integration technologies such as Workday Studio and Orchestrate
- • Experience working within or with the State & Local Government industry
- • Demonstrated commitment to supporting Workday’s VIBE culture of fun, diversity, and inclusion
- • Active or previously held Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification
- • Ability to travel up to 25%

- • Annualized base salary range of $117,000 - $175,400 USD (primary location) or $111,000 - $197,300 USD (additional US locations)
- • Eligibility for Workday Bonus Plan, role-specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants
