📋 Description

• As a Sr IT Change Manager, you will join our team and be responsible for managing IT changes across the organization.
• You will work closely with the DevOps team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
• Your expertise in IT change management will drive significant enhancements in the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers’ operations.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing IT change management processes and procedures.
• You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT changes.
• You will ensure that all IT changes are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
• You will analyze and resolve IT change-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• You will stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure that our organization remains competitive.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT change management.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience with IT service management tools and technologies.
