- • The Senior Manager – Network Operations will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Altera Digital Health’s global network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across on-premises and multi-cloud environments.
- • The role involves leading and mentoring multiple teams of network engineers and team leads, driving accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement while building leadership bench strength through coaching and succession planning.
- • The position requires defining and executing global network operations strategy, partnering with executive leadership and product teams to develop long-term roadmaps, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives in automation, cloud networking, and modernization.
- • The individual will oversee design, implementation, and operations of enterprise network infrastructure including Cisco, Palo Alto, and Azure components, manage major incident response, establish root cause analysis governance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security policies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of experience in Network Engineering/Operations with at least 5+ years in leadership or senior management roles
- • Proven experience managing large, distributed teams in a global or outsourcing environment
- • Strong expertise in routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, VPNs
- • Deep knowledge of VXLAN, BGP EVPN, QoS, PVST/RPVST, and multi-vendor environments
- • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Azure Networking, and Azure Firewalls
- • Experience in network design, architecture, and multi-cloud networking solutions
- • Strong understanding of network security, authentication protocols, and packet analysis (Wireshark)
- • Proven ability to lead large-scale transformations including automation and cloud adoption
- • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
- • Strong project management capabilities including planning, execution, and delivery
- • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable
