  • • As a Sr. Manager, Digital Product - Conversational AI Strategy at CVS Health Corporation, you will lead the development and execution of AI-driven outreach and rescheduling strategies to improve care continuity and member engagement following cancelled appointments, directly supporting CVS Health’s mission to build a healthier, more connected, and compassionate health experience for individuals and communities.
  • • Day to day, you will architect AI orchestration logic using Conversational AI (Voice and RCS), collaborate with clinicians, analysts, operational teams, and client success executives to influence product decisions, conduct user interviews to define problem statements, develop and communicate product roadmaps with measurable KPIs, and manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely delivery of value-driven solutions.
  • • You will join the Signify Health team within CVS Health, a highly motivated and experienced cross-functional group passionate about solving complex challenges in the US healthcare system, where innovation, purpose, accountability, safety, and quality are central to the culture and guided by the company’s mission to help people live healthier lives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
  • • 7 or more years of professional experience including 5 years of product experience
  • • Strong technical acumen with the ability to lead the integration of AI models into complex business logic, including dissecting technical problems like intent classification or supply-aware routing
  • • Experience in Conversational AI or NLP-driven product management, with a proven ability to design and optimize multi-modal user journeys (Voice, SMS, Chat) powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from disparate sources to drive conclusions and recommendations
