📋 Description

• As a Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications at DexCom, you will lead the technology roadmap for Sales, Marketing, and Service, translating business goals into scalable technology solutions that drive revenue and support commercial operations.
• You will oversee the Commercial IT ecosystem—including CRM (Salesforce/Veeva), marketing automation, field sales tools, data analytics, and compliance systems—ensuring alignment with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, and the Sunshine Act while managing budgets, vendors, and a team of analysts, developers, and administrators.
• DexCom is a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) with a mission to transform diabetes management and expand into broader consumer health technology, driven by innovative biosensing technology and a culture of integrity, ambition, and impact.
• In this role, you will develop strategic partnerships with commercial leadership, lead digital transformation initiatives, mentor technical teams, ensure audit-ready compliance documentation, and drive adoption of new tools across non-technical field sales forces—positioning you to grow as a technology leader in a mission-driven, high-impact healthcare organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 13+ years of industry experience
• 5-8 years of previous people management experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience with eCommerce platforms and services
• Prior experience as an individual contributor Software Engineer
• Proven track record managing full-lifecycle IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) with commercial front-end systems
