📋 Description

• • Lead and execute complex IT audits, risk assessments, and transformation initiatives across Avantor’s global technology landscape, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory expectations.
• • Design and implement risk-based audit plans for ITGC, SOX, cybersecurity, data governance, and emerging technologies, leveraging advanced data analytics tools like ACL, Excel, Tableau, and Spotfire.
• • Mentor and develop audit professionals, foster a high-performance culture, and collaborate with business units to translate technical risks into business impact and drive control improvements.
• • Contribute to Avantor’s mission of advancing life-changing science by ensuring the integrity, security, and reliability of IT systems that support global operations in lab services, sales, and beyond.
