- • Own end-to-end delivery planning for mobile product initiatives across iOS and Android platforms.
- • Create and maintain prioritized roadmaps, release plans, and delivery timelines aligned with strategic business goals.
- • Drive sequencing, prioritization, work-in-progress management, and resolution of cross-functional dependencies.
- • Coordinate execution across engineering, growth, analytics, QA, and leadership stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
- • Translate strategic product goals into actionable execution plans with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
- • Research feature opportunities, analyze customer feedback, and interpret product signals to inform roadmap decisions.
- • Evaluate effort versus impact to guide investment decisions and optimize resource allocation.
- • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination, and delivery review meetings.
- • Identify delivery risks early and lead alignment sessions to implement mitigation strategies.
- • Lead cross-functional discussions to unblock teams, accelerate decision-making, and maintain momentum.
- • Ensure alignment between mobile, backend, analytics, and growth initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
- • Establish and refine operational processes to improve predictability, delivery velocity, and release quality.
- • Partner closely with Engineering Lead, Head of Growth, and Data Lead as a peer to shape product direction and execution.
- • Report directly to the CEO and influence senior leadership on product planning and prioritization.
- • Maintain advanced proficiency in Jira and agile project management workflows to track progress and manage workflows.
- • Independently drive initiatives from planning through release without constant oversight.
- • Communicate effectively with global teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- • Maintain C2-level English proficiency for written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
- • Work within Americas time zones to enable real-time collaboration with engineering, product, and growth teams.
- • Contribute to discovery and requirements definition processes to shape product features before development begins.
- • Ensure mobile product delivery processes are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with user needs and business impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Producer, Delivery Lead, or similar role supporting consumer mobile applications.
- • Proven experience shipping products on both iOS and Android.
- • Experience working on consumer-facing applications with significant user bases.
- • Strong background in agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, and dependency tracking.
- • Hands-on experience coordinating work across mobile, backend, analytics, QA, and product teams.
- • Advanced proficiency with Jira and agile project management workflows.
- • Strong product judgment with experience contributing to discovery, requirements definition, and prioritization decisions.
- • Ability to independently drive initiatives from planning through release.
- • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- • Comfortable influencing senior leaders and making prioritization recommendations.
- • English proficiency: C2 (written and verbal).
- • Availability to work in Americas time zones.
