- • This is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) role offering significant ownership, where you will tackle complex and ambiguous design challenges. You will lead the design and delivery of core user experiences within the Kraken app, ensuring it remains a leading platform for both experienced traders and newcomers to the crypto space.
- • You will be instrumental in raising the industry bar by creating visually rich, forward-thinking designs that not only elevate the Kraken brand but also set new benchmarks for excellence in the fintech and crypto sectors.

- • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis of user feedback to inform design decisions and validate solutions.

- • 5+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work.
- • Strong UX and visual design skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle challenging problems and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
- • Advanced knowledge of prototyping tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- • Comfortable taking ownership of high-impact features or projects while collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional partners.
