- • As a Sr. Product Manager at Regional Finance Company, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for lending products such as auto secured loans and unsecured personal loans, with full P&L responsibility to drive profitable growth and superior customer experience in a highly regulated consumer finance environment.
- • Day to day, you will develop pricing strategies, monitor financial performance (approval rates, loss ratios, contribution margins), partner with data science and credit risk teams on risk-based pricing and limit strategies, lead cross-functional squads across engineering, design, compliance, legal, marketing, and operations, and design A/B tests to optimize conversion, repayment behavior, and lifetime value.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in consumer lending product management, strengthen your financial acumen and P&L ownership, gain experience navigating complex U.S. regulatory frameworks (TILA, Reg Z, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP), and drive innovation through new product opportunities in asset classes, partnership channels, and embedded finance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in consumer lending or fintech (subprime/near-prime preferred)
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA a plus
- • Proven track record of launching and scaling lending products that improved returns and profitability
- • Strong financial acumen: experience with P&L management, ROI analysis, and pricing strategy
- • Deep familiarity with credit risk, scorecards, and alternative data sources
- • Knowledge of U.S. regulatory landscape in consumer lending (TILA, Reg Z, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, etc.)
