  • • As a Senior Product Manager at PatientPoint, you will lead a provider and patient-facing product line focused on digital experiences in doctor’s offices and DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) environments, directly contributing to improving health outcomes for millions of patients nationwide by driving behavior-changing content at critical moments of care.
  • • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery—by defining and prioritizing roadmaps, validating opportunities through structured discovery, measuring outcomes via meaningful KPIs, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver value that supports PatientPoint’s mission and OKRs.
  • • You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, leveraging deep product instincts, data literacy, and collaborative leadership to guide rapid experimentation, mentor junior product managers, and mature product practices within a growing product-led culture.
  • • Day to day, you will: own and prioritize the product roadmap for digital experiences in provider offices and DOOH; stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in point-of-care and DOOH spaces to maintain competitive edge; define success using customer behavior and business value KPIs, not just output metrics; drive structured product discovery using user interviews, prototyping, data analysis, and testing methodologies to de-risk ideas; define and monitor success metrics for projects and roadmap outcomes, using data to inform planning and readouts; prioritize aggressively based on team input to focus energy on highest-impact work; champion collaboration across Product Marketing, Content, Data, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure alignment without slowing momentum; elevate the voice of the customer by serving as the conduit between user needs and business decisions through empathy and insight; and mentor junior PMs by modeling strong product practices, offering feedback, and fostering a high-performing product culture.

  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare product management within regulated environments, deepen your ability to balance business constraints with customer advocacy, refine your skills in data-influenced decision-making and cross-functional leadership, and gain experience shaping product strategy in high-impact DOOH and point-of-care platforms—positioning you to drive transformational growth and lead product initiatives with increasing autonomy and influence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field
  • • 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field
  • • Demonstrated success leading empowered product teams to meaningful outcomes
  • • Strong discovery skills—able to validate ideas before investing heavily in delivery
  • • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and hypothesis-driven development
  • • Strong data literacy and deep experience leveraging data to influence product decisions
  • • High business acumen and comfort navigating technical tradeoffs with Engineering partners
  • • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; can align execs, partners and engage teams
  • • Fluency with modern product tools (Jira, Confluence, Looker, Mixpanel, Figma) and Agile methodologies
