📋 Description

• • Senior Staff Analyst, GRC role at Mozilla Corporation focused on defining, developing, and implementing a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework for both Enterprise and Product verticals to align security, privacy, regulatory, and risk management initiatives across the organization.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining a comprehensive GRC strategy and roadmap, leading creation and enforcement of standards, policies, controls, audits, and reporting; developing and operationalizing risk assessment and management frameworks with measurable scorecards; ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, NIST, SOC2, CCPA, GDPR); partnering with Legal, IT, Finance, and Security teams; and leading data lifecycle management requirements and reporting across enterprise and product domains.
