- • Plan and execute highly curated, one-of-a-kind field marketing events across the AMER region targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, including private suites, exclusive dinners, happy hours, and experiential brand activations.
- • Serve as the on-site lead for all events, managing setup, run-of-show, teardown, and ensuring a polished, professional presence that reflects Ashby’s brand values.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Design teams to align messaging, maintain brand consistency, and ensure seamless attendee experiences.
- • Design, document, and maintain scalable event playbooks for activations across markets, enabling consistent execution and future global scaling.
- • Manage end-to-end logistics and budgets for events, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, venue coordination, travel arrangements, staffing, and catering.
- • Track and analyze event performance metrics including attendance, NPS, pipeline influence, engagement rates, and ROI to inform future strategy and optimize outcomes.
- • Build and nurture strong relationships with venues, vendors, agencies, customers, and prospects to enhance brand perception and foster long-term community connections.
- • Create and maintain detailed event documentation such as briefs, timelines, run-of-shows, staffing plans, travel itineraries, and post-event debriefs.
- • Work closely with Sales leaders and reps to align event goals, target audiences, and success metrics, ensuring events directly support GTM strategy and pipeline growth.
- • Ensure every event detail—from name badges to dining experiences—is intentionally designed to reflect Ashby’s commitment to thoughtful, human-centered experiences.
- • Travel monthly to execute events across the AMER region, with a focus on major East and West Coast hubs.
- • Maintain a refined eye for design, detail, and unique experiences, obsessing over the quality and feel of every touchpoint in the attendee journey.
- • Balance creative vision with operational excellence, anticipating potential issues and resolving them proactively while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- • Evaluate vendor and venue options with a business-minded approach, ensuring cost efficiency and strong return on investment for all event spend.
- • Contribute to building a globally scalable events function by documenting best practices and sharing insights with internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Direct experience planning and executing high-impact field marketing events for B2B SaaS companies
- • Proven ability to manage end-to-end event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships
- • Demonstrated success tying event outcomes to business metrics such as pipeline generation, customer retention, or NPS
- • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple complex events simultaneously
- • Willingness and ability to travel monthly across the AMER region
- • Confident point of view on design, detail, and experiential quality with obsessive attention to execution
