  • • As a Senior Product Manager on the New Markets team at Veeva Systems, you will lead the Product-Led Growth (PLG) roadmap for a new 0-1 product designed to expand Veeva’s industry cloud into emerging markets, directly contributing to the company’s mission of speeding medicines to patients.
  • • You will sweat the data details, exercise a sharp eye for delivering simple and innovative user experiences, and drive the product to market using parallel PLG and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) motions, ensuring alignment between product strategy and go-to-market execution.
  • • You will join a pioneering team at Veeva, a public benefit corporation (PBC) and fast-growing SaaS leader with over $3B in revenue, committed to balancing the interests of customers, employees, society, and investors through its core values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed.

  • • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and validation to launch and scaling — ensuring the product delivers measurable value and adoption in untapped markets.
  • • You will mentor and influence team members through your expertise, helping build a high-performing product culture rooted in experimentation, customer empathy, and data-driven decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Product Manager leading 0-to-1 product development, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to sweat data details, interpret metrics, and make data-informed product decisions.
  • • Experience driving Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, including self-serve onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization loops.
  • • Demonstrated ability to balance PLG and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) motions in go-to-market planning.
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
  • • Familiarity with the life sciences or healthcare industry is a nice-to-have, but not required.
