- • As a Sr. Product Manager for VR Workflows at Axon Enterprise, you will own the product definition and execution for VR headset and tablet workflows used by frontline users and administrators, directly impacting usability, adoption, and mission-critical safety outcomes.
- • You will lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for headset + tablet UI and multi-app workflows, define and own business metrics (e.g., user group setup time reduction, admin error rate), partner with design and engineering to improve usability and translate complex requirements, coordinate across teams for consistent UX patterns, manage stakeholder input from Sales, PSO, CSM, and Field Engineering, balance short-term fixes with long-term platform investments, drive GTM readiness including training and support materials, and travel to customer sites approximately 10–15 days per quarter.
