- • Senior legal role providing strategic counsel and day-to-day legal support for Brooks Sports’ operations across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation in alignment with corporate values.
- • Advising on commercial contracts, data privacy regulations (including GDPR), employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory matters affecting sales, marketing, and distribution in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
- • Partnering with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, HR, and supply chain to support business objectives while safeguarding legal and ethical standards.
- • Opportunity to influence legal strategy in a high-growth, globally recognized brand, develop expertise in international sports industry law, and lead regional legal initiatives with autonomy and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
- • Minimum 8 years of legal experience, with strong background in commercial law and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- • Proven ability to manage complex legal matters in a fast-paced, multinational corporate environment.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
- • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and provide pragmatic, solution-oriented legal advice.
