• • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a specialization in CRM Analytics and Sales Cloud to join our dynamic team. This is a remote, per-project contract role, offering the flexibility to work from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico, provided you are within LATAM time zones (GMT-3 to GMT-5). As a contractor, you will be expected to commit 40 hours per week, contributing your expertise to critical projects.

Your primary focus will be on leveraging the full capabilities of Sales Cloud for our clients, while also harnessing the power of Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM) to deliver actionable insights and predictive capabilities. • • **Custom Development & Configuration:**
• • You will be responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using core Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. This includes developing custom solutions that extend the standard functionality of Salesforce to meet unique business needs.
• • Configure and meticulously customize Sales Cloud features, including but not limited to lead and opportunity management workflows, sales forecasting models, and advanced reporting structures. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' sales processes are streamlined and optimized within the Salesforce environment.
• • Design and implement complex data models and relationships within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, efficiency, and scalability for current and future needs.
• • Manage user access and security through the configuration of profiles, roles, and permission sets, adhering to strict security protocols and compliance requirements.
• • Create and optimize advanced Flows to automate intricate business processes, aiming to reduce manual effort and minimize the need for custom code where declarative solutions suffice.
• • **Integration & Deployment:**
• • Develop and implement robust APIs and middleware solutions to seamlessly integrate Salesforce with various external systems, ensuring a unified data ecosystem.
• • Manage the entire deployment lifecycle using modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools, ensuring efficient, reliable, and repeatable deployments.
• • Conduct thorough unit testing for all custom code and configurations, guaranteeing functionality, scalability, and optimal performance.
