• • As a Sr. Salesforce Developer at CDW, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering cutting-edge solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically tailored for the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration. This pivotal role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit to ensure our clients receive robust and effective Salesforce implementations.
• • Your primary responsibility will involve the intricate design, development, and deployment of customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. This includes leveraging a wide array of Salesforce technologies and programming languages to meet complex business requirements and drive client success.
• • You will be deeply involved in the programming aspects, utilizing Apex, Salesforce Lightning Components (AURA/LWC), JavaScript, and other relevant development tools. This hands-on coding is central to building dynamic and efficient applications that enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
• • A key part of your role will be to develop sophisticated Lightning components. This involves writing custom LWC in JavaScript, working within the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), and maintaining a high level of proficiency in Apex, Salesforce Query Language (SOQL), and Salesforce Search Language (SOSL).
• • You will act as a crucial bridge between technical development and business needs, supporting the Product Owner in requirement gathering. This involves proposing innovative solution options, clearly articulating technical dependencies, and ensuring alignment with the existing Salesforce implementation.
• • The role encompasses the full development lifecycle, from initial requirement analysis through to final deployment. You will be responsible for configuring and developing solutions using a comprehensive suite of Salesforce tools, including Lightning Components (AURA and LWC), Apex, Visualforce Pages, SOQL, and SOSL.
• • A significant aspect of your contribution will be to review and provide constructive feedback on technical implementations and documentation. This ensures adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and overall architectural integrity.
