📋 Description

• • As a Sr. SDET in Agentic QA at Dialpad, you will own the test automation and quality frameworks that support Dialpad’s AI Voice Agent services, ensuring the reliability and performance of intelligent agents that automate workflows and resolve customer issues in real time.
• • You will design and build automation tooling for AI/LLM-driven systems, develop evaluation frameworks to measure response quality and hallucination rates, integrate AI quality checks into CI/CD pipelines with sub-15-minute feedback, and partner with Applied AI teams on prompt engineering and model selection.
• • Dialpad is the AI-native business communications platform used by over 70,000 companies globally, leading the shift to Agentic AI with its DAART initiative, and empowers employees with powerful AI tools to drive innovation and impact.
• • You will develop expertise in testing non-deterministic AI systems, build LLM observability tooling, define AI quality KPIs, mentor engineers, and contribute to raising the bar on AI quality engineering practices while working across distributed teams in a high-impact, innovative environment.
