• • As a Sr. Security Engineer I specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) at CDW, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the delivery of our comprehensive full-stack technology solutions and global services to over 250,000 customers across diverse sectors including corporate enterprise, government, education, and healthcare.
• • You will be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on the collaborative implementation of a new global information security strategy, operating model, and objectives, all designed to accelerate CDW’s business goals securely.
• • Your contributions are critical to the company’s mission, its overarching objectives, and its esteemed reputation in the market.
• • You will operate within and across Agile teams, fostering an environment where the right individuals have timely and appropriate access to the necessary resources, thereby enabling a more secure enterprise.
• • A core responsibility will be the design, implementation, and ongoing support of robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, with a primary focus on Microsoft Entra ID.
• • You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining sophisticated PowerShell automation scripts to streamline and enhance identity lifecycle management and access governance processes.
• • This role requires close collaboration with various business units and application development teams to define, refine, and implement effective access models and controls that align with both security policies and business needs.
• • You will actively contribute to key security initiatives, including the expansion and enhancement of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), seamless Entra ID integrations, and the implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategies.
• • A continuous improvement mindset is essential, as you will be tasked with identifying opportunities and driving initiatives to enhance IAM processes and elevate the overall operational maturity of our security posture.
• • You will be expected to provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their development and ensuring consistent application of best practices.
