• • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire development lifecycle, from initial planning and stakeholder engagement through to meticulous execution and successful deployment of custom applications, integrations, and complex workflows.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves designing and implementing configurations that are fully compatible with a domain-separated ServiceNow architecture, ensuring robust data segregation and security for diverse client needs.

• • As a subject matter expert (SME), you will be the go-to resource for all ServiceNow platform components, custom-built applications, and intricate integrations, providing guidance and support to the wider team.
• • You will be responsible for proactively troubleshooting and resolving platform issues, adhering strictly to standard change and release management procedures to minimize disruption and ensure continuous service availability.

• • You will explore and implement AI-driven enhancements within workflows, including but not limited to incident or case summarization, intelligent resolution assistance, and advanced knowledge support, where these capabilities demonstrably add value.
• • Active participation in prompt design and tuning within ServiceNow’s AI tooling will be required to optimize accuracy, relevance, and overall usability of AI-powered features.
• • You will support and potentially extend capabilities such as Conversational AI, Virtual Agents, or AI Search through expert configuration, scripting, or flow development.
