As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design through to implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance. Your expertise will be crucial in building scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications that empower our clients to transform their digital banking experiences.
• • You will take a leading role in architectural discussions and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, maintaining high code quality, and fostering a collaborative engineering environment. This involves not only writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code but also actively participating in the design process, identifying potential challenges, and proposing effective solutions. Your deep technical domain knowledge of our applications, services, systems, and frameworks will be a significant asset in this capacity.

This includes advanced troubleshooting and debugging of complex issues, performing UI tests to optimize application performance, and ensuring the stability of our systems. You will be expected to respond promptly to on-call incidents, triaging and resolving critical disruptions to minimize downtime and maintain seamless service for our customers.

You will liaise closely with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify and implement new features, ensuring that our products remain at the forefront of digital banking technology. You will also be responsible for managing and integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance our legacy applications, driving continuous improvement and modernization efforts.
• • Gathering and addressing technical and design requirements will be a daily task, requiring a keen understanding of both business needs and technical feasibility. You will contribute to setting up and maintaining environment configurations, monitoring system health, and ensuring the overall reliability and performance of our infrastructure.
