- • As a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer at AKASA, you’ll work closely with Infrastructure and Platform teams to manage, improve, and scale the systems that power our AI-driven healthcare revenue cycle products, ensuring reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, you’ll build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitHub CI/CD; create monitoring and observability with Grafana, Prometheus/Mimir, OpenSearch, and Sentry; automate manual processes; troubleshoot production issues; document runbooks and architecture; collaborate with engineers to embed reliability practices; scale systems for growth; and participate in on-call incident response.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience with Python
- • Proficient with Terraform, Kubernetes, and containerization tools
- • Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus/Mimir, OpenSearch, Sentry, or similar
- • Comfortable working with Linux-based environments and writing shell scripts
- • Strong collaboration skills with a focus on asynchronous, written communication
- • Skilled in Git/GitHub-based workflows
