📋 Description

• • As a Sr. Software Engineer, Frontend at Firstup Inc., you will play a critical role in enhancing the employee experience by building and maintaining the frontend components of the company’s intelligent communication platform, which serves 40 Fortune 100 companies and over 17 million employees daily.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing innovative, scalable frontend solutions for public APIs, Agentic tools, third-party integrations with enterprise systems (such as HRIS platforms), and shared platform services, while continuously improving architecture, scale, availability, and fault-tolerance.
• • You will be part of a team of experts in employee experience, workforce communications, and technology, working remotely from Northern Ireland to advance Firstup’s mission of making work better for every worker through intelligent communication and engagement insights.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern frontend technologies, gain hands-on experience applying Generative AI tools and coding agents to accelerate delivery and improve code quality, and contribute to a platform that impacts global workforce engagement and retention.
