- • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives at financial institutions during Net New sales opportunities, demonstrating the strategic value of Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
- • Deliver value-based executive presentations and tailored product demonstrations that align Workday’s HCM platform with unique business challenges faced by financial services clients.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and peer Solution Consultants to support a mix of fast-moving and large-scale, strategic sales opportunities across the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
- • Translate complex technical requirements into compelling narratives around digital transformation, workforce optimization, and measurable business outcomes for financial sector clients.
- • Act as a strategic partner to the Sales organization by integrating insights from Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams to strengthen customer engagement.
- • Conduct discovery sessions with key stakeholders to uncover organizational pain points and position Workday HCM as the optimal solution for talent acquisition, payroll, workforce planning, and compliance in financial services.
- • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects aimed at driving revenue growth and sustainable customer success through Workday technology adoption.
- • Maintain deep expertise in cloud-based HCM and workforce management applications, with a focus on industry-specific regulatory, operational, and workforce dynamics within financial services.
- • Operate with agility in high-velocity, ambiguous environments, managing multiple concurrent sales cycles with precision, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
- • Demonstrate executive presence by commanding attention in both in-person and virtual settings, influencing complex decision-making processes at the highest levels of client organizations.
- • Embrace change as a growth opportunity, continuously refining presentation techniques, industry knowledge, and solution approaches to stay ahead of evolving market demands.
- • Generate innovative ideas and calculated risk-taking approaches to enhance the effectiveness of sales engagements and differentiate Workday from competitors.
- • Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients, prospects, and partners in the field, including on-site demonstrations and executive briefings.
- • Adhere to Workday’s Flex Work model by spending at least 50% of each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and internal teams.
- • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and shared accountability within the Solution Consulting team and across Workday.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of extensive Human Capital Management domain expertise
- • 5+ years experience in Presales Solution Consulting, Sales, or Implementation role
- • 3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management & workforce management applications
- • Ability to travel up to 50% as required
- • Executive Presence: Ability to command a room at the C-Suite level and influence complex decision-making processes through presentations (both in-person and remote)
- • Value-Based Selling: Expert-level discovery skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into a compelling vision for digital transformation and business impact
