- • As a trusted technical advisor and advocate for our enterprise customers, you will leverage your deep expertise in GraphQL, APIs, and complex software architecture. You will be instrumental in crafting innovative solutions that not only accelerate customer adoption of GraphQL and federated graphs but also create tangible, measurable business value. - • This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with engineering teams at a diverse range of companies. You will educate them on the profound value proposition of the Apollo Graph Platform and provide expert guidance on consolidating their existing GraphQL efforts to ensure the effective rollout of a federated graph. Your engagement will span the entire customer lifecycle, from their initial exploration and proof of concept stages through to full production implementation and subsequent expansion of adoption across their enterprise.
- • You will engage deeply with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their strategic business goals, technical roadmaps, organizational culture, and existing technical architecture. This holistic view will enable you to recommend and implement the most effective strategies for rolling out Apollo within their specific context, ensuring alignment with their objectives and maximizing their success.
- • A core aspect of your role will involve devising innovative, bespoke solutions tailored to support and accelerate federated graph adoption within customers’ existing, often complex, architectures. You will strategize new use cases that drive deeper engagement and growth within customer accounts, proactively identifying opportunities to maximize the business value Apollo delivers to its clients. Your ability to think creatively and solve complex problems will be key to unlocking new potential for our customers.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute directly to the continuous improvement of our ecosystem. This includes enhancing our documentation, contributing to our open-source libraries, and providing actionable feedback to our platform development based on real-world customer experiences and challenges. You will coordinate closely with technical leads internally, collaborating to build robust solutions that address the practical, day-to-day issues faced by our customers, ensuring the Apollo Graph Platform remains at the cutting edge.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience implementing GraphOS into production within an enterprise environment, involving multiple development teams.
- • Demonstrated technical background in enterprise data delivery, with a strong preference for expertise in GraphQL and distributed systems architecture.
- • Ability to create clear and concise code samples, review and advise other engineers, and build trusted, collaborative engineer-to-engineer relationships.
- • A track record of successfully delivering timely and impactful results, underpinned by strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through.
