- • Are you a visionary problem-solver with a deep understanding of industrial data and a passion for driving digital transformation? Seeq is at the forefront of industrial analytics, empowering organizations to leverage their vast data reserves for unprecedented operational improvements. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding prospective customers through the transformative power of Seeq, demonstrating how our advanced analytics platform can unlock critical insights, optimize processes, and drive significant business value across diverse industrial sectors.
- • As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients, deeply understanding their unique operational challenges, business objectives, and data landscapes. Your primary mission will be to articulate and demonstrate the tangible benefits of Seeq's solution, tailoring compelling presentations and proof-of-concept projects that resonate with their specific needs. This involves a consultative approach, where you will actively listen, ask probing questions, and collaboratively identify opportunities where Seeq can deliver measurable improvements in areas such as asset performance, process efficiency, product quality, and sustainability.
- • You will be responsible for leading technical discovery sessions, performing in-depth analyses of customer data environments, and architecting innovative solutions that leverage Seeq's capabilities. This includes understanding various industrial data sources, such as historians (e.g., OSIsoft PI, AspenTech IP.21, Honeywell PHD), LIMS, MES, ERP, and IoT platforms, and demonstrating how Seeq seamlessly integrates with and extracts maximum value from these systems. Your expertise will be crucial in showcasing how Seeq's advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI capabilities can be applied to solve complex problems, from predictive maintenance and anomaly detection to root cause analysis and process optimization.
- • A significant part of your role will involve developing and delivering persuasive product demonstrations and technical workshops. You will craft compelling narratives that highlight Seeq's unique value proposition, showcasing its user-friendly interface, powerful visualization tools, and advanced analytical functions. This requires a strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language that resonates with both technical and business stakeholders, including engineers, data scientists, operations managers, and C-level executives.
- • You will collaborate closely with our sales team, acting as the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle. This partnership is essential for building strong customer relationships, addressing technical objections, and ultimately closing deals. Your insights and feedback will also be invaluable to our product development and marketing teams, helping to shape the future direction of Seeq's offerings and ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of industrial analytics.
- • Beyond initial engagements, you will play a key role in defining and executing successful proof-of-concept (POC) projects. This hands-on work will involve configuring Seeq, analyzing customer data, and delivering demonstrable results that validate the platform's capabilities and ROI. You will be adept at managing these projects, setting clear expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of impactful outcomes.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of technical acumen, business understanding, and excellent communication skills. You are comfortable navigating complex industrial environments, understanding the nuances of operational technology (OT) and its integration with information technology (IT). You are a proactive learner, constantly seeking to expand your knowledge of industrial processes, data analytics techniques, and emerging technologies.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the digital transformation journeys of leading industrial companies. You will be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions are recognized and valued. If you are driven by a desire to solve challenging problems, empower customers with data-driven insights, and shape the future of industrial intelligence, we encourage you to apply.
- • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Conducting technical discovery meetings to understand customer pain points, data infrastructure, and business objectives.
- • Designing and delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs and use cases.
- • Leading and executing successful proof-of-concept (POC) projects to showcase Seeq's value proposition.
- • Collaborating with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
- • Analyzing industrial data from various sources (historians, MES, LIMS, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- • Articulating the benefits of Seeq's advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI capabilities.
- • Building strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders at customer organizations.
- • Providing feedback to product management and engineering teams on customer requirements and market trends.
- • Staying current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions.
- • Developing and delivering technical training and workshops to customers and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements

- • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or similar customer-facing technical role within the industrial software or analytics space.
- • Deep understanding of industrial data sources and systems, including OSIsoft PI, AspenTech IP.21, Honeywell PHD, LIMS, MES, SCADA, and IoT platforms.
