  • • As a Sr. Technical Training Instructor at Lucid Motors, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of luxury electric vehicle maintenance and repair. This pivotal role is based entirely on-site at our state-of-the-art Lucid Service Center in Roswell, GA, requiring your dedicated presence five days a week to ensure the highest caliber of technical education for our service technicians.
  • • You will be instrumental in delivering highly engaging and comprehensive electric vehicle repair training programs, ensuring that our technicians are equipped with the cutting-edge knowledge and skills necessary to service Lucid's innovative vehicles. Your ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable training modules will be paramount.
  • • A key responsibility involves meticulously organizing and preparing both classroom and workshop environments. This includes setting up training materials, ensuring all tools and equipment are functional and accessible, and creating an optimal learning atmosphere conducive to hands-on practice and theoretical understanding.
  • • You will act as a vital feedback loop to the Learning & Development team. By providing detailed insights and observations from your training sessions, you will directly contribute to the continuous improvement and development of industry-leading training content, ensuring its relevance, effectiveness, and robustness.
  • • As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will collaborate closely with the Learning & Development team, offering your deep expertise in EV diagnostics and repair to help craft and refine training curricula. This collaborative effort ensures that our training materials remain at the pinnacle of the automotive industry.
  • • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the classroom and shop areas is essential for a safe and productive learning environment. This includes managing tools, equipment, and training aids to ensure they are always ready for use.
  • • You will be responsible for managing and ordering consumable supplies and necessary parts for training purposes, ensuring that all training activities can proceed without interruption due to lack of materials.
  • • Working in tandem with the Training Coordinator, you will assist in managing all student records, including attendance, performance tracking, and scheduling of training sessions, ensuring efficient administrative operations.
  • • Continuous engagement with the technical teams is crucial to stay abreast of the latest advancements, procedures, and best practices in electric vehicle technology. This ensures that your training content is always current and reflects real-world applications.
  • • Adherence to all Lucid safety rules, guidelines, and quality standards is non-negotiable. You will champion a culture of safety and quality within the training environment, setting an example for all technicians.
  • • This role may require some international travel to support training initiatives and provide on-site assistance at Lucid facilities globally, contributing to a consistent standard of technical expertise across our network.
  • • You will leverage your deep understanding of electrical vehicle repair techniques, specialized tools, and diagnostic equipment to impart practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
  • • Your expertise in basic electrical skills, network diagnostics, and high-voltage systems will be central to the training modules you develop and deliver.
