- • As a Sr Testing Specialist at Luminare Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of healthcare technology systems by evaluating, developing, executing, and monitoring testing activities for project-driven enhancements, routine updates, and change requests where testing is essential to operational success.
- • Day to day, you will analyze features and components, identify testing needs, plan and execute user acceptance testing, track changes through signoff, collect detailed test proofs and reproduction steps, document bug details, troubleshoot software issues, and collaborate with stakeholders including business users, subject matter experts, IT teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and quality.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
- • Knowledge of user acceptance testing activities, planning techniques, tracking changes through signoff, and collection of detailed test proofs, reproduction steps, and bug details
- • Experience or understanding of testing activities or SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
- • Exceptional communication skills with experience engaging and managing relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds including end users, SMEs, IT resources, and leadership
- • Experience troubleshooting computer applications or software issues
- • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- • Commitment to continuous development through retrospective analysis and staying ahead of industry trends
- • Ability to multi-task and manage workload according to set priorities
- • Comfort engaging on unfamiliar topics through research and inquisitiveness; strong sense of curiosity and willingness to ask questions
