Sr. UX Architect

📋 Description

• • The Sr. UX Architect leads, mentors, and guides the User Experience discipline across all IT development teams at Compassion International, applying analytical and creative thinking to complex design engagements while coaching other specialists and contributing to major multi-country initiatives.
• • Day to day, the role involves maintaining a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, advocating for child protection, leading developers and product teams to maximize user experience, training staff in wireframing and prototyping, establishing design guidelines and standards, driving consistent design language, conducting user research, developing user personas, and overseeing the work of other UX professionals.
• • Compassion International is a faith-based organization dedicated to releasing children from poverty in Jesus’ name, operating with a strong commitment to child protection, spiritual growth, and ministry integrity across global teams.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen their expertise in UX leadership, influence enterprise-wide design standards, mentor junior designers and developers, and contribute to meaningful digital experiences that support Compassion’s mission of child advocacy and sponsorship engagement.
