📋 Description
- • Sr. UX Researcher role focused on generating and evaluating user insights that directly shape product direction across Smarsh’s product organization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery and validation research, turning findings into actionable product decisions, and applying light design sensibility to communicate insights effectively.
- • Contribute modestly to the design system at the code level while maintaining a research-first approach.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in end-to-end UX research, including both discovery and validation methods.
- • Ability to translate user insights into clear product recommendations and decisions.
- • Familiarity with design systems and comfort contributing to them at a code level (e.g., HTML/CSS, design tokens).
- • Strong communication skills for presenting research findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Experience working in product organizations, preferably in B2B or regulated industries.
